Building 2 is operational. This is estimated based on the close-to-complete construction status from May 2026.
Building 2 is close to being operational. There is only construction left on the backup generators, which are almost complete. Some equipment is also strewn around the building, especially near the air-cooled chillers. Preparation seems to have begun for Building 3 at the site.

This is based on the state of construction on 2025-03-02 as seen on Google Earth, where building shell and external components seems to have been completed, but there is still a lot of construction equipment present. Construction has begun on the Building 2 roof, with work beginning on the areas for cooling and generators as well.
